Shottenkirk has been great to work with. However, waiting 1 hour & 15 mins for an oil change & tire rotation is too long when you have an appointment.

My 2024 CR-V Hybrid randomly decided to drop a valve and ruin the head at 25,000 miles. Shottenkirk is not where I purchased my Honda, but they are my local dealer since relocating to the Rome area. They took care of me without hesitation as if I was a lifelong customer who had given them all of my business. Shottenkirk even provided me with a courtesy car (loaner) for over 30 days as my vehicle repair was delayed due to backordered parts. Their normal services are fast and friendly. Great representation of the Honda brand and southern hospitality!

I was initially told it would take 2-3 hours as they only had one technician working. However, he personally took care of my battery change himself to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Don't look on line. Dealership is very misleading. The city we drove over an hour to, had no vehicles to look.at. On line it showed around 12. This ownership combines all the vehicles they have at various locations. You have to look at the very fine print to see where the vehicles are.
