I dropped the truck off first thing in the morning, Devon gave me a ride to work, I sent a text asking the approximate time my truck will be done, I was able to manage my schedule, and Devon picked me up at work at 4:30 to go and retrieve my truck. I had to have a recall repair done on my Honda CRV 2018. All staff was very friendly, courteous, and thorough. Only took about an hour and a half instead of possibly 3 to 4 hours as predicted. Very pleasant encounter for my first time at Shottenkirk Honda in Rome Georgia.

So enjoyed the whole experience with all of the staff friendly caring and intentional in making our purchasing visit a comfortable one. Time passed by even though it was hours and that was definitely because Shottenkirk has set a high standard of quality in choosing each one of their sales people.
