I went in for a recall notice and an oil change. I received a call when my car was ready. When I picked it up they also did a five point inspection and rotated my tires and washed cleaned my car!! I was very PLEASED. GREAT JOB SHOTTENKIRK!!!

I searched far and wide to downsize my SUV to a mom sedan. Three kids, and one now soon to be driver (in 2 weeks), I was exhausted of being the short bus and ready to be back into a normal car with good gas mileage and all the things I’m picky about. I called 10 different dealers about various different Honda Accords, some hybrid, some not and asked only 4 questions. Are there any major cosmetic damage, are the tires curbed, does it smell funny? And, what is the bottom number? Caroline was amazing. She was very responsive, and very honest, very sweet and very understanding. At the end of the day, it was meant to be. She got me in, and I left with the car I WANTED. My kids love it, I love it and I’m beyond appreciative for Caroline and her team at Shottenkirk Honda Rome. <3 Caroline is the best!!!

Dalton from the service department was so nice and helpful. Went in yesterday with my low tire pressure light on, unfortunately it was not repairable but Dalton ordered me a new tire and I was able to get it fixed today. He was nice, informative, and very helpful.

I LOVE ❤️ Shottenkirk Rome, they have an EXCELLENT service department. Keri Bennett ROCKS. I NEVER go to Rome for anything, however their service department is SO good, I make the trip to go there. They do an excellent job with the maintenance, and I never feel pressured to get things done that don’t need done, and they do let me know what I will need on the upcoming visit. As the saying goes,” When in Rome”. I’m so happy to have the car serviced with them, and Keri Bennett is AWESOME, she really takes care of everyone. Thanks for the excellent job 👍🏻😀
